Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Perishable goods or products with expiration dates

- Gift cards
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Exchanges:

Shipping Costs:
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with returning the item and issuing a refund, exchange, or replacement, based on your preference.
Order Cancellations:
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process.
